Our detached house is cozy and located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, a 10 min drive from downtown Lorient, in a seaside resort called Larmor-Plage; This is our residence and not our vacation home and is fully equipped. Ground floor: fully -equipped modern kitchen, dining room, living room (TV with English channels including the BBC, ITV,+CNN),one bedroom with a king- sized electric bed,one bathroom with shower Top floor: 2 bedrooms with king-sized beds and computers, one bathroom, one study room. The property includes a terrace, a garden, a garage ( used as a laundry room, storage place for tools, for our bicycles which can be used anytime..) It is totally fenced so it's very safe for children.
