La maison a été construite dans la première moitié du XXe siècle, avec des plafonds voûtés, et a été récemment rénovée avec tout le confort moderne. Le jardin, planté de roses et d'orangers donne la sensation d'être .... dans un petit coin de paradis ... dans le jardin il y a aussi une douche extérieure (eau froide / chaude).
Composé d'une chambre, un salon avec 2 canapés-lits confortables, grande cuisine avec cheminée, deux salles de bains. . La cuisine est équipée de four et lave-vaisselle. Malgré la maison est tres fraìche, elle est douée de climatisation.
L'appartement est chauffé par des radiateurs et cheminée à bois.
Nous cherchons des échanges non simultanés , on voyage à 4 adultes, 2 couples de professeurs. On peut vous accueillir toute l'année sauf quelques semaines en juillet, aout (vacances de notre fils et sa famille). Nous voyageons une semaine a Paques ou pendant les fètes de noel. (Au premier étage il y a l'appartement ID#3464 pour un échange d'hospitalité)

The house is in a village which is 3 minutes from a great rocky sea: Castro which is with no doubt the best sea in Salento. Salento is a very charming place. There are many villages which beautiful houses and churches. Lecce is 30 minutes drive. It is a place to visit. It is famous for its baroque churches and architecture. You may have daily trip every single day and move from one sea (Adriatico) to the other (Ionio).
