My husband and I are both retired from Textile business and real estate development. Our primary residence is in Greenville, South Carolina. We have five grown adults children and three wonderful spouses. We are blessed with nine grandchildren. We live on a horse farm with our horses our mini donkey and our 145lb lab Archer. We have someone that will dog sit for us so we can travel when we can., One of our granddaughters horse competes in barrel racing. We love to go and support her that requires some traveling. It would be nice in the future to do exchange where she competing. We’re open to doing exchange in the United States and Europe. Italy is on our bucket list!!!!

We are central located in Florida where you can take day trips or overnight trips. To the Gulf and Atlantic beaches, visit Disney, sounded by many springs to go kayaking or exploring Florida nature. Must visit our World Equestrian in Ocala.

The home features an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings. The screened lanai leads into a spacious living room, dining, & kitchen area with a sliding glass door that opens to a screen furnished patio area. Corner lot.
Kitchen: Open kitchen with valeted ceiling and many cabinets. Comes Fully stocked with everything you will need, gas stove, stainless-steel appliances, and an oversized island with 4 bars stools including a built-in desk including a printer. Stocked kitchen list provided on request.
Laundry: Gas washer/dryer included. Mop, broom, vacuum cleaner, ironing board, iron, and cloths drying rack.
Dinning room: furnished with a beautiful wood dining table to set 6 people. Open Living room with vaulted ceiling, furnished with a
Beautiful gray sectional recliner sofa, with storage and cupholders along with 2 USB ports. Additional 2 nice swivel chairs, TV console with 55” smart TV.

The master bedroom features dual vanitys and a private bathroom and walk-in shower.
Bedroom linens and bath towels are supplied for your stay.
Guest Bedroom: Queen bed, remote control platform as included, 2 lamps, 2 nightstands, chest of drawers, bench, ceiling fan and smart TV.

A plus with this home has a large open floor plan with plenty of windows in the main living area, and dining room that faces out to our large corner lot that borders with landscaping that gives you privacy when sitting out on your lanai and birdcage.

Neighborhood Overview: We are next to Wildwood Square.
Richmond is one of the newest communities in The Villages and near the NEW Lake Okahumpka Recreation Center. The Brownwood Paddock Square is a short 9-minute golf cart ride away and features nightly live entertainment, dining and retail stores. Sawgrass Grove is a short distance that features McGrady's Pub & Kitchen, The Market at Sawgrass Grove and nightly entertainment. Edna's on the Green features food trucks and nightly music under beautiful, big trees. The Fenney Grille is another favorite local place where you can eat and drink poolside if you like. The Richmond Recreation Center is located is just minutes away and features a Neighborhood Pool for guests 30 years of age and above (with resident IDs or temporary resident IDs), picnic pavilions, corn toss and additional activities. The Water Lily Recreation Center is only a short walk or golf cart ride across the Water Lily bridge over the turnpike and features a Family Pool designed for all ages of guests and their families, billiards, bocce, corn toss, darts, pickleball, shuffleboard, table shuffleboard and tennis.

The Village of Richmond is easily accessible from the Florida Turnpike and is located approximately 49 miles (ca. 79 km) from the Orlando International Airport and 65 miles (ca. 105 km) from the Tampa International Airport. Grocery shopping is a golf cart ride away at Magnolia Plaza. Fun day trips include the Disney properties, Mt. Dora's waterfront and quaint shops, Ocala and the beautiful horse farms and especially the World Equestrian Center and the Gulf Coast Beaches and waterways including Crystal River and Homosassa.
Village Details: Our home is located in Richmond Community inside The Villages. Each community has its Community name. We are in the most desirable location in The Villages.

Whether you like to travel, walk, bike or run, stay connected with friends and new experiences in The Village.
