Home Exchange, Long-term Exchange (1 month plus), Open to offers, Non-simultaneous Exchange

We are an active, responsible couple in our 60's who would like to stay in Melbourne for 4 - 8 weeks to support our son and his partner with their new baby which is due in early November 2019. Geoff is a business owner and I have worked for many years as a registered health professional as well as owning an organic orchard. Our son and his partner are a professional couple, living in Fairfield, Melbourne, so we would like to stay somewhere relatively close by to help them out over the initial busy time of settling a new baby into their home. This would allow us to spend time with our gorgeous 3 year old grand daughter also. We are happy to look after pets. The exchange can be simultaneous or non simultaneous as we have a large caravan and can travel away to accommodate your dates. We are rural, but close to the city. We have low maintenance hens which would provide you with plenty of eggs, but can make other arrangements if you are not able to check their feed or collect eggs.
In 2020 (August onwards) we would like to travel through Spain, France and Italy , so open to exchanges of variable length between August to December 2020. We would treat your home respectfully and take good care of your property. Look forward to your enquiry!

We are a recently retired couple in our 60's, able to again spend time with our 3 adult children and 4 grandchildren.  Geoff is a business owner and Leny is an Occupational Therapist and previous business owner.  Prior to retiring, we owned a certified organic orchard. We have simplified our life, moved to a 1 acre property on the outskirts of Tauranga, purchased a large caravan and now are able to travel around  NZ as well as enjoying overseas travel.  We enjoy the outdoors, biking trails, fishing, and spending  time with family and friends. We also enjoy music and movies.  Our home is comfortable and was redecorated and refurbished when we moved in 1 year ago. We are a trustworthy, responsible couple, who would take good care of a home exchange property treating it with  respect and as if it were our own. This is a new adventure for us, so we look forward to your contact .
