We prefer simultaneous house-swaps for Canada, USA and Italy of 4 weeks or more, due to the distance between Australia and North America or Europe.
Ron's new house features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large butlers pantry, coffee station, large gas and electric cooker, ducted A/C and heating for year-round comfort, double lockup garage, a private back alfresco breakfast area and a side alfresco sitting area. Our home is set among beautiful native gardens which attract birds and parrots. Built in 2024, our home is not yet 2 years old. It is finished to a high standard with Italian floor tiles in living areas and bathrooms and carpeted bedrooms and media room. The living is easy in our home!

Ron and Raewyn are both retired empty-nesters looking for some wonderful experiences in other countries! Ron is a retired Industrial Chemist and long-time member of Lions, and Raewyn a retired corporate airline manager. Our children left home many years ago, and our grandchildren are all now young adults. We both love walking, visiting museums, gardens, cooking and exploring different areas and cultures. Ron is a sailor at heart and has owned several boats, the longest owned a 1963, 20-foot beach Austral sailing catamaran.
We love the idea of longer house-swaps to fully experience the local area, its history, restaurants, national parks and people. We are open to swapping our car; a manual, diesel Nissan Dualis. Ideally we are looking at Vancouver Island, Canmore AB, and northern Italy.
