A compact house within a good security complex. There are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed in; third bedroom is used as a study. Shower room and toilet on suite plus another bathroom with toilet. The lounge and kitchen are open plan and lead onto a sunny patio. The garden is small but pretty. All in all, it's casual but comfortable.

Durbanville is about 25km from the center of Cape Town where there is lots to see and do besides climbing or riding the cable car up Table Mountain or visiting the Waterfront. There are lots of theatres and museums and of course, the beautiful sandy beaches. We are in the middle of the wine farm routes and there are many interesting and pretty small towns like Stellenbosch or Franshoek to explore as well as lots of lovely walking trails. It is an easy walk to the nearest shopping mall and there are quite a few bigger ones in the area. The Durbanville golf course is not very far away.

John and I are both in our mid 70's and 'retired' although we have never been so busy as now. We have 2 children in the UK and would love to visit them. My brother and his wife would accompany us to visit their daughter. They are also pensioners and we are all non smokers and would take care of your house and possessions as we do of our own. I trade at an antiques fair monthly and our house has some interesting collections behind glass. There is uncapped WiFi and lots of books to read. Sorry no satellite TV.
