The lounge extends into the dining room where a table has seating for eight. Adjacent is a well-stocked and functional kitchen with microwave and a dishwasher. These rooms open onto a paved and covered patio for outdoor eating and entertain. There is a barbecue available. At the bottom of the garden is a large solar heated swimming pool. A car is available and 2 bikes.

One of the most liveable cities in the world - Adelaide offers great eating places, plenty of shopping, museums and art galleries and many outdoor attractions. The Barossa Valley and McLaren Vale are known worldwide for their wonderful wines. Adelaide has beautiful clean sandy beaches, while the Adelaide hills offers a variety of interesting little villages, eating places, wineries and art and craft venues.
Within 12 minutes of the city of Adelaide by train at the end of the street. Glenelg beach can be reached by tram which is nearby. Local shops include supermarkets, coffee shops, library, bike trails and local parks.

We are Jill and Vin, a university teacher in Education and a retired secondary mathematics teacher respectively. We are at that point in our lives where we now have some free time and less responsibilities.
