Rural Ireland Home, three bedroom
ID #9040
Welcome to Dingle! A modern three bedroom, 2.5 bath home situated 1 km from the beautiful town of Dingle, Co Kerry Ireland. The town is very alive during tourist season with many amenities, 40+ pubs and restaurants, but the estate is nice and quiet for your relaxation. The scenery is breathtaking and possibly the most iconic views of Ireland you will ever experience.
The only town on the Dingle Peninsula, Dingle town sits on the Atlantic coast, about 1 hour from Tralee and Killarney. Dingle is one of Ireland's largest Gaeltacht towns; many pubs double as shops, so you can enjoy Guinness and a singalong among screws and nails, wellies, shoes and rain coats. The harbour is of particular appeal with its bright fishing vessels and colourful shop and bar fronts looking onto to it, as they have done for 100`s of years.
The population of Dingle Town is approximately 1300, but despite it's size, it took the crown of being named the Foodie Town of Ireland 2014. This is where you will hear real Irish trad music every night of the year.
Galf Chumann Ceann Sibéal is the golf course situated about 20 minutes away in Ballyferriter which occupies a remote but very special and historic corner of Kerry. Sybil Head, Brandon Mountain, The Blasket Islands, Slea Head, the Pilgrims’ Way, winding lanes, sparkling beaches are all part the unique and dramatic landscape.
Amid it all sits Dingle Golf Links, perfect for a golfing break in Kerry. Each hole is carved from the natural landscape, with hazards laid down long before the game of golf was introduced, including a winding "burn" that twists and turns through the entire course.
