Our main house is a unique custom-built home with wi-fi, hardwood floors, modern appliances, granite counter tops, a freestanding fireplace, fabulous river views, a riverside gazebo with gas grill, dock access to the river for fishing or just enjoying sunsets. On any given day at the end of our dock you might see dolphins, manatees, sea turtles, ospreys diving for mullet, bald eagles, great blue herons, snowy egrets, or great horned owls at sunset. Or, you can ride a bike over to Crescent Beach, only 4 blocks away, and cruise for miles in either direction, or just lay back, read a book, and enjoy the beauty of nature. Another special opportunity awaits the more adventurous - kayaking in Moses Creek, directly across the river from our home. There, you may spot an alligator sunning in the marsh grass or a family of otters playing on the creekbank.

The city of Saint Augustine is one of Florida's best kept secrets. The oldest city in the US, it still retains its colonial charm through 450 years of occupation. It is a seaside/riverside community with a classic Spanish fortress downtown and many very nice art galleries, restaurants and music venues. Our outdoor amphitheater is rated among the top 10 in the US and hosts performers such as John Legend, Willie Nelson, Santana, James Taylor, Paul Simon, etc...

Saint Johns County is the home of the TPC at Sawgrass and World Golf Village. Beyond that, there are countless public and private courses within a 30 minute drive. Only an hour away, Jacksonville also has a new Top Golf facility.
