Pretty neighborhood and close access to amenities
Our modest, mid-century home is in College Hill, one of the prettiest neighborhoods in town and within five minutes walk of amenities including restaurants, bars, markets and shops. There are also two bicycles to use. Our detached two bedroom one bath home sleeps 4 (two queen beds). Washer and dryer. Newly remodeled. Spacious back yard with deck, grill, patio, and native plants. Garden with fruits and vegetables that may be ready to pick, depending on the season. If needed, we have friends that will act as goodwill ambassadors to orient you and show you around the Eugene area.
