We visit the UK every year to visit Greg's 3 adult children who live in London. Obviously we prefer not to stay with them, or other family as we like our independence.
You will enjoy the privacy due to high elevation - we overlook the Pacific Ocean and trees of Alex Forest preservation area. Our home is modern, uncluttered, well fitted out and suited to a Beach and outdoor lifestyle. It's cool with summer breezes. Wintertime (June/July) temp around 24 degrees C with CLEAR BLUE SKIES. Walk to 'Alex' Beach and along the Promenade, taking you to lovely sandy shores at Cotton Tree, Maroochydore, the river, or Mooloolaba Beach. We offer car exchange too; and have 2 bikes.
Our Sub-tropical climate gives ocean temperature around 24 degrees for 9 months of the year. Many locals swim all year round; unlike those cold Pacific waters off California, or southern waters of Perth, Melbourne, Adelaide etc !!!
Our home is clean, uncluttered, easy care, and we have no pets. If you are into Golf, there are several championship courses nearby.

Greg and Kerry love to visit Europe every year to enjoy the stark difference of living in a modern country, such as Australia. We lived and worked in London for many years, residing in Pimlico. The central location meant lots of young Aussies visiting us and helping them to find their feet on their (mostly) first trip to the UK. We love working with young people and enjoy the company of Greg's has 3 adult children (in the UK) and Kerry's 2 girls in Queensland and New South Wales. We have 2 little boys in Brisbane; and 2 little girls in London - so our Grandparenting skills are well honed. We are not into shopping, golf or trekking difficult terrain - but love theatre, different architecture and landscape. We have swapped homes around 40 times over the past 6 years via homeexchange.com. This site has now amalgamated with what appears an air-bnb type traveller, so we sought to find more like minded travellers. We will look after your home with great respect and anticipate same. Mostly when we leave a home, you would hardly even know we were there.
