3 miles from Biltmore Park, a lovely area with numerous restaurants, shops, movie theaters, brewery's. 10 miles to downtown Asheville and 12 miles to downtown Hendersonville. Less then 4 miles to the Asheville airport. Numerous brewerys within 5-10 minutes including the new Sierra Nevada facility which includes a brewery, restaurants and more. Wonderful hiking within 10 minutes. The scenic Blue Ridge Parkway is 10 minutes away with miles and miles of numerous hiking trails, as well as scenic overlooks and waterfalls. Brevard Music Center and Flat Rock Playhouse is 20 miles The Biltmore Estate is about 10 miles. Two golf courses within 5 miles. Very quite neighborhood with all newer homes.
