Our apartment is an elevated ground floor residence with verandah acess to the overlooking Claremont Football Oval. We have two secure undercover car bays, plus the use of a roof terrace entertaining area for larger gatherings. We do have 3 bedrooms, but have listed it as 2 as the third bedroom is utilised as a study.

As we have a holiday home down in the SW of Western Australia, we are able open to non simultaneous exchanges.

Claremont is located 10 minutes drive south west of the City of Perth. The suburb is nestled around Freshwater Bay on the Swan River, in the midst of beautiful parks with an abundance of mature trees.

It is an attractive and sought after residential suburb, noted for its village atmosphere, shopping and entertainment precinct, educational establishments and facilities such as golf, tennis, swimming and yachting.

Claremont is located 10 Kms north of the Historic City of Fremantle and within 5 Kms to Perth's most famous beach, Cottesloe.

It boasts one of the most upmarket shopping areas in Perth with an abundance of cafes and restaurants. Plus Claremont railway station is a 500 metre walk that enables easy access to both Perth CBD and Fremantle.

Then there is Wembley Golf Course, which is a 36 hole public golf course 6 kms fromus, that has great practicing and dinning facilities as well as the reputation as the best public golf course in Western Australia.
