Bella Vista is our weekend home, located right on the coast near Bodega Bay. We have three bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, 3 bathrooms, and a very open Great Room, combining the living, dining and kitchen areas. Extensive music collection, flat screen TV, high speed WiFi. We're on a full acre with unobstructed views up and down the rugged coast. It is a 5-minute walk to the beach. Our home is accessible for those who are mobility impaired.

Bella Vista is located in Sereno del Mar, a small community of about 50 homes, just a few miles north of Bodega Bay. All are single-family homes, with a few vacation rentals. Strict CC&R's protect our view forever. So many activities are available: swimming, kayaking, hiking, horseback riding on the beach, charter fishing trips and more, all in Bodega Bay. Drive a few miles inland, and visit one of the 400 wineries in Sonoma County. We're about 90 minutes from San Francisco Airport but only 1/2 hour from Sonoma County Airport (STS)

Bodega Harbour about 10 minutes away is a beautiful course. 9 holes climb the hills for gorgeous views. The other 9 holes are near the water and play like a "links" course. Northwood is 30 minutes away, a manicured 9-hole course in the Redwoods. Sea Ranch is an hour away. Also a very nice "links" course.

Mark and MeL are semi-retired, having owned a large furniture store for almost 30 years. Mark is also a disc jockey on the local PBS radio station. Mark is Past President of his Rotary Club.
