We would love to visit Eastern seaboard states of the USA...especially in Fall. Or even return for 2 or 3 months to Australia-Preferably Perth area in WA . Either of these from October 2019 onwards

Our 2 storey modern home is high above the sea front/promenade in Weston-super-Mare, N Somerset. It is light & airy, with 2 decks overlooking the pier & sea views. But we are high above town & have many steps upto our top-floor open plan lounge, so will not suit elderly or infirm folk! Also see our French holiday cottage ref 691

Weston-s-Mare is a real English holiday seaside town, with a recently rebuilt pier, golden sands, even donkeys. We have the second highest tide in the world here, but the sea does make an appearance twice a day!! There's been a lot of investment here recently, with a new Promenade, easy access roads from M5 motorway--it's all looking good! A new cinema & restaurant area has recently opened & a sno-dome is even planned! We have a good shopping centre nearby & a lot to see & do in Somerset. We are also near the shopping mecca of Cribbs Causeway, Bristol, 25 minutes drive up the M5 motorway. Bath, Wells, Cheddar, Taunton & even Cardiff are all in easy reach.

Weston-s-Mare is a typical English seaside town, with a long sandy beach + lots of things to do.It's just off J21 of M5 m'way, so has easy access(16miles)to Bristol & its airport. Bath is only 50 minutes away by train,or a scenic car journey(35miles)across Somerset's lakes & hills. The ancient cathedral city of Wells, famous Glastonbury & the stunning vista of Cheddar Gorge are all near to us here. Take a trip across the spectacular new Severn Bridge to see Cardiff & South Wales! We also have a mainline railway station(about 5 mins from our home)with regular trains to London(approx 2 hrs)& good access by rail or road to beautiful Cornwall/Devon. You can easily walk down to WaMare town centre thru a park, but it's a bit of a climb back up with any shopping !!

2 courses, one a links course alongside the beach, another up the hillside at Worlebury with spectacular 180* views over the Bristol Channel. My husband has been a member of both.

We have enjoyed many great exchanges in Australia, New Zealand, Canada, California & Florida & met some lovely people there. We would love to return to West coast Florida, Sarasota, Bradenton or Naples areas late Nov/Dec 2020 & we would also love to visit the East coast states in 2021 Autumn/Fall. Our long term plans are to return to the Perth areas in Western Aus late Jan 2021 until end Feb 2021. We love all of WA, especially Perth, the Mandurah area & Fremantle too! Shorter exchanges in Europe, especially France, or Northern Spain would be good too. Just ask us please!   We can offer you the opportunity to exchange either our main home( ref 686)  here in Weston super Mare, N Somerset, England.....or our holiday cottage (ref 691) in the lovely Loire Valley, France. Exchanges do not need to be simultaneous. We are very flexible. We appreciate that most of you lovely folk from WA or Florida will not wish to come to Europe/UK in our dreary winters so we usually make non-simultaneous exchanges so that you can see our homes in our lovely Spring summer or even Autumn months! Most of our 30+ home exchanges have worked well this way. So—let’s chat!
