A lovely, quiet and private 1900 sq. ft. home with 2 bedrooms/2 baths and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen plus a patio with gas grill, table and lounge furniture. Eating outside is possible all year round in southern AZ. Desert landscaping and southwestern decor all on the beautiful fairway of our community course. The house has central air conditioning and heat, washer, dryer, dishwasher, large screen HDTV, second TV in master bedroom, CD's, and WiFi internet. The second bedroom has a twin beds and can accommodate 2 people. A second living area has a queen size convertable sofa.

We are in a 50+ gated community in AZ. All amenities, views of two mountain ranges, swimming pool and fitness center. Southern AZ is a hiker's, biker's, golfer's paradise. We are in the Sonoran Desert, only home of the majestic saguaro cactus. Dozens of golf courses and hundreds of hiking trails are at your fingertips.
Weekend trips can be made to San Diego, Santa Fe, Sedona, Albuquerque, and Las Vegas!
