We offer our 3 bed 2 bath home which was built in 2001. It’s light and bright and although the living areas is quite spacious it’s easy to look after – there are NO STEPS inside or out. Our kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, if you like to cook you will love our kitchen. The conservatory overlooks a solar heated swimming pool and outside BBQ entertainment area.

We are ideally situated between the Perth city centre and the airport 10 minutes easy drive in either direction. We have a bus stop 2 minutes from our front door and train station 20 minutes’ walk away. The Swan River is across the road with walking/cycling tracks along it where you will find some lovely picnic areas. Maylands offers Golf, Tennis, Lawn Bowls, shops, cafes etc. all within walking distance.
