3 bedroom Victorian cottage in the heart of an idyllic Cornish village in South West of England. 1 mile from the coast and beautiful beaches and coastal walks. 30 minutes from airport, 20 minutes from rail connections and the city of Truro. Plus a number of attractions close by.
Truro is a beautiful but small city in the south west of England, on the mainline trainline from London and Airport link to Newquay from Gatwick. Truro sits on the river Fal and has a Cathedral, a theatre and many restaurants, bars and shops to delight a visitor. It is 30 minutes from the north and south coast of Cornwall.
Situated in a quintessential English Village with just a village pub, church, school and shop, and with a 17th century watermill close by. Wonderful beaches, coastal and woodland walks, sailing, and local sports. During the summer months Cornwall is alive with festivals and events. So many great places to visit and within a short drive.... Falmouth, St Ives, Eden, Heligan Gardens, Mevagissey to name a few. Famous for its 5 round houses built in the 19th century and the many nearby fishing ports on this unspoilt peninsula.
The nearest courses are in St Austell where there are three. The courses are set in undulating countryside with some demanding holes. Echoes of the past mining in this area are highlighted by ruins of pump houses around some courses, where there are some lovely views of the coastline and bay.
