James and I live in two countries, New Zealand and the Cape, we spend about 6 months in each, but exchange from CT, mostly, we would consider hospitality in NZ. We are retired and do a lot of exchanges. We do not smoke and have a glass of wine. We keep our place neat, and would do so with an exchange party as well.
