My home is a semi-detached property. The house is carefully maintained and has a garden with terrace and open spaces adjacent. There is 1 double bedroom with bathroom ensuite and 1 double or twin-bed room with access to large bathroom. There is a kitchen/diner, 1 sitting room, downstairs toilet and utility room. I have a cleaner who comes 2hrs a week and a gardener for 3hrs. I would continue to cover the cost of these services. The house is bright and modern with good sized rooms.

My home is situated in the north-east suburbs of London. The Central Line underground is within a short distance either by taxi or bus (2-3 stops) or walking approx. 25 minutes. The journey to central London is maximum 45 minutes (Oxford Circus). The area is also very suitable for walkers with paths beginning adjacent to property. We are also a short drive from Epping Forest which is beautiful all year round with interesting buildings and pub/cafes.
