We have a lovely 3 bedroom open-plan, modernised home in the forest, yet only 1km from the township of Kalamunda. The verandahs on the northern side look out to the bush and provide essential cool breezes in summer. The large outdoor patio flows from the kitchen/dining area to the large fenced back yard. We have a very child-friendly back yard with play equipment and a sand pit adjacent to the large lawn.

Kalamunda is an aboriginal word for 'home in the trees' which best sums up the environs. We are surrounded by excellent cafes, wineries and only a 40 mins drive to Perth CBD and 45 mins drive to Fremantle and the gorgeous Indian Ocean. Kalamunda is well serviced for all provisions and speciality shops. There are several hotels, a library, bus station and has market days selling local produce and gifts.
