La maison dispose de tout le confort moderne et est composee de 3 chambres ( 2 lits de 160 cm et 1 lit de 140 cm) , 1 bureau equipe d'un lit 2 places, 2 salles de bain, 1 cuisine amenagee, 1 salon et une salle qui ouvre sur une terrasse et un jardin clos . Des velos (adulte et enfant) sont aussi a disposition. La maison, sans vis a vis, est en impasse et a proximite (200m) de chemins de randonnee.
Larmor Page is a quiet and nice seaside resort , 5 km far from Lorient.
Our detached house is located in a quiet street in a seaside resort village; it's quite spacious and luminous,it has got all the modern comfort:
Ground floor: fully -equipped modern kitchen, dining room,living room, one bedroom , one bathroom
Top floor: 2 bedrooms with king-sized beds,one bathroom, one study room .
The property includes a terrace, a closed garden, a garage ( used as a laundry room, storage place for tools, for our 4 bicycles which can be used anytime..).
It is totally fenced so it's very safe for children.
The nearest beaches are 5 minutes away by foot. Larmor Plage offers all amenites
( supermarkets,little shops, seafood restaurants); for bigger shops and cultural places, you can drive to Lorient or take the bus (the bus stop is 200 meters away).
If you like biking or hiking, there are many trails through woods and sea coast (from the house you can reach footpaths providing many miles of nice walks).
Nautic sports facilities are available and close to our house (rental motor and sailing boats, sea kayaks, scuba diving, surfing, kite surfing...) at Kerguelen nautic centre.
Enjoyable day trips to Groix island (opposite to Larmor Plage), to Belle Ile by ferry from Lorient. Lorient Interceltic Festival will take place in August for 2 weeks.
You can also explore villages like megalithic Carnac, Pont-Aven or Morbihan Gulf and its islands.
