Our ocean view condominium has 3 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, including a jacuzzi in the master bath and large covered patio where we spend most of our time. It is located in the resort community of Playa Conchal, only 20 minutes from the wonderful surf town of Tamarindo. We are located on the third floor of a 6 story building.

We are located next to the small village of Brasalito and 15 minutes from the surfing town of Tamarindo. Liberia is 45 minutes away and San Jose is 4 hours away.
We are part of a planned development which includes the all inclusive Westin Playa Conchal Hotel & golf course and 5 condominium developments called Reserva Conchal where we are located. The Playa Conchal beach is noted as one of the most beautiful white sand beaches in Costa Rica. You also have use of our private Beach Club.
