The villa is a small apartment style home built as a granny flat in the garden of our property. It is situated opposite a park in a very pretty, quiet, residential area.
It's a compact comfortable home with two bedrooms (the second has a sofa bed) . The bathroom has a walk-in shower and the laundry is in a specially designed cupboard. The house is light and airy as there are many windows looking out onto the garden.

Fremantle is a charming university town and busy port with many eateries. Perth is the state capital and business centre with galleries, museums, theatres, cinemas and national park.
The house is situated in a very attractive residential area within a few minutes walk of the Swan River with its lovely riverside paths to cafes in either direction. We are conveniently situated between Fremantle and Perth which are both serviced by public transport, and 10 minutes drive to the ocean with its beautiful beaches.
There are swimming pools, tennis courts, golf clubs and bridge clubs within easy reach. Also lots of cafes and restaurants nearby.

Evelyn and Norman both over 80 and retired. We have a daughter living in Sydney and a son in England so are looking for exchanges in both areas and also visit Europe.
