This welcoming and spacious condominium is within walking distance to downtown Ottawa, Parliament Hill, Byward Market, the Ottawa Arts Centre and all the wonderful restaurants on Elgin Street. The kitchen is a wonderful place to feed your family and friends or just the two of you. It has a new stove, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker and all the things you might need for a comfortable stay.
Both bathrooms are also renovated in 2017. One bathroom is an ensuite to the master bedroom and another is across the hall from the second bedroom. Hardwood floors have just been installed in the living/dining room.
Parking is included in the underground parking garage. There is a washer and dryer in the second bathroom. Heating and air conditioning can be controlled at the touch of a button.

A visit to Canada is not complete without seeing our wonderful capital city. Walk along the Rideau Canal, visit the famous war museum, go hiking in the Gatineau hills. Ottawa is a city of festivals. In February see the ice sculptures at the Winterlude Festival, in spring participate in the tulip festival and on July 1st join with Canadians for Canada Day.
