Our home is a single storey easy care villa unit on the award winning Ascot Waters Estate on the Swan River. There are 2 main bedrooms with a queen size bed in one and double bed in the other. Another smaller bedroom we use as a study. One bathroom with a separate WC. Off the fitted kitchen is a laundry room. The lounge & kitchen area have reverse cycle air conditioning/heating.
Small limestone walled courtyard garden with a covered patio with café blinds, ideal for dining or sitting reading the papers. . We live on the Ascot Waters Estate, on a crescent that is lined with attractive jacaranda trees. There is a good community feeling here. Our vehicle is a recent model Subaru Forester automatic which may be made available. Land line and wireless broadband connection. We are retired couple who love travel, sight seeing. We belong to the Collectibles Club of WA and love nothing better than fossicking in flea markets and going to antique fairs.

2 local bowls club, bowls are available here for loan. There are bicycle tracks 3 sides of the river here. Close to bus and trains. Golf at Burswood, South Perth etc. 15 minutes to lovely old Guildford and the Swan Valley with its many wineries, boutique beer breweries, crafts, chocolate tasting, many pretty restaurants. 10 minutes from CBD central Perth, for cultural activities and food outlets.

We are an active retired couple in our late 60's. Love travel of course. We like all the usual sightseeing, museums, castles etc. We belong to a Collectors Club and love nothing better than going to markets, car boots and Antique Fairs. Enjoy eating out and food and drink fairs. We have a little cat but she can go to a cattery if you prefer. We are happy to have a cat in the swap house as long as a neighbour can feed it if we go away a few nights during the swap. We have done 12 swaps mostly through homeexchange.com and aussiehouseswap.com.au
