We have access to all basic services such as grocery stores, pharmacies, ATMs, less than one km away. Several shops can be found on the main street of El Roble within a radius of 1 to 2 km from the property.
Also, the city of Puntarenas with the paseo de los turistas, offers a very beautiful promenade by the sea for 3 km between the cruise ship dock and that of the ferry to the Nicoya Peninsula. You will find several restaurants and bars quite lively during the weekends

Sylvie and Charles Retired couple, early 60's originally from Canada. Besides enjoying our beautiful adopted country, Costa Rica, we love traveling to other countries through home exchanges. We particularly like cities for their historical character, their museums, their picturesque streets and we also like mountain panoramas.
