Our home is a neat 1907 Terrace house with really great neighbours. Our terrace was recently given conservation status which is indicative of the care we all take to make our area great.
It's perfect in so much as the footprint is ideal for a couple or small family unit wishing to relax in the Somerset tranquility, whilst also being close to the Jurassic Coast.
The small town of Ilminster has a slow idilic pace. Our shops, pubs,eateries suit all pockets.
Within half an hour we have so many magic places to explore.....but then again you'll do your research won't you?

A town with 5000 persons means it still has charm and a rural feel. Ilminster has history, a wonderful feel of tranquility and delivers quality at every turn.
Within 30 /60 minutes you can explore the Jurassic Coast or the national park of Exmoor. Both have charm and exciting qualities not experienced elsewhere. Watch the wild ponies of Exmoor or try to find fossils on the beach at Charmouth...your choice.
Explore the villages all around. Stop for a pub lunch......... walk the public footpaths which abound.
