We live in an area of Stockholm which is very popular. Everything is in walking distance even if we mostly bike. We walk or bike to shop, to theaters and concerts,to our tennis club, to stroll in the woods and to friends. Even the major attractions of Stockholm, e.g. the Old town, the major shopping malls, the Wasa museum and most other museums and boat tours around the waterlines of Stockholm are in walking distance.

The map marker is a general indicator of the local area only.

We are a retired couple, Herman, asset manager, and Monica, gynecologist and we love to travel. Our interests are mostly cultural but beeing Swedes we enjoy nature and environment a lot. Living in Stockholm for instance mushroom hunting is a must. As sports we love to play tennis, golf and to ski. Herman is a Rotarian since 30 years and have been president of the club twice and is also involved in the projects of the club. We have done several non simultaneous home exchanges because our exchange partner usually want to visit Sweden in the summer and we want to visit other countries other times of the year.
