The home is two streets from the beach on a large block of land in a quiet neighbourhood. There is air conditioning in the main bedroom and fans in the other rooms. The home is located in Innes Park which is about ten minutes from Bargara and fifteen minutes from Bundaberg which is the largest city close by. There are supermarkets at Bargara and a bigger range of shopping in Bundaberg. There is a two bay garage as well as a separate storage shed.
This is a small seaside area that has a bakery. There is a tidal creek where people swim and fish. There is the opportunity to visit the Great Barrier Reef islands of Lady Musgrave and Lady Elliott Islands for snorkeling and diving. Also south of here is Fraser Island which is also a popular spot. Fishing and snorkeling are popular here.
The nearest golf course is Coral Cove which is five minutes away and requires you use a buggy. Bargara golf course is also on the coast about 10 minutes away and the Bundaberg golf course is 20 minutes away.
