There are 2 Bathrooms one with a bath/shower, Patio seating for 8-10 with Gas BBQ in a Private leafy setting for Al fresco Breakfast and Dining. Separate laundry. Large Double Carport for 2 cars. There is a train to Newcastle/Sydney each day and we are prepared to swap our car as well if negotiated.

The area we live in is 20 mins away from the Hunter Valley vineyards boasting the best wines and fine dining. Our town claims to have the biggest Sun Dial in the Southern hemisphere. It is a 2 minute walk to Historic Houses, Churches and Convent which has a mini Sistine Chapel open to viewing. The Swim /Hydro, Gym is only a 5 minute walk away. Our previous ex changers just loved the close proximity . It only takes 15 mins walking or less, if on our bicycles to access Supermarkets, Cafes, Pub/Eateries Restaurants & Movie Theater. There are various sporting fields in easy walking distance to Tennis Courts/Croquet and Rugby League /Union Plus Soccer pitches not forgetting Cricket too. There is something for everyone .The town has Rotary, Lion, Apex, Theatre, Art, U3A Groups to connect with.

We are semi-retired Seniors who have been active volunteers in many service groups and are now enjoying more overseas travelling, encompassing different cultures, food and wine, history, live theatres and fun in general. We love meeting new people and have hosted lots of friends at our home and done several home exchanges through other sites .We enjoy the company of 9 grandchildren and 3 daughters of whom we are proud as they are following tradition and doing fundraising events . We are both British born and have lived in Australia for 45 years.We are interested in travel to Europe and New Zealand for 2019.
