We are a retired couple - one an American and the other a New Zealander.
We still have plenty of energy with which to explore the world and are willing to go anywhere.
We have a very special place to swap in beautiful Southern California, car and all.
Our home is attractivley furnished and has all modern appliances.

The Southern California climate is ideal for sitting outside around the fire pit.
It is a quiet neighborhood.
The City of Los Angeles is less than 20 miles away with endless entertainment and restaurants.
Redondo Beach is a small beach community that is 8 miles south of LAX along the coast.
It is on the bike path that is adjacent to the the sand and which goes for 18 miles to Santa Monica and further. We have bikes available for guests.
At one end of the huge surf Beach is Palos Verdes Peninsula where there are great views and great hiking.
Riviera Village is 4 blocks from our house. There are many restaurants and interesting shops in the Village.
Farmers markets take place close by 4 times a week.
Lots of public golf courses all around. Our favorite is Harbor Park a full-size 9 hole course about 5 miles away from us.
