It has a beautiful, interesting garden with 2 levels of decking, waterfall & pond, children's trampoline and tree swing. All rooms have views across the garden to the countryside beyond. On the ground floor is a modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave etc. The beamed dining room with woodburner stove has an open staircase leading up to the first floor. A dual aspect lounge with electric stove and light sun room. There is a downstairs shower room and upstairs ensuite bathroom to the main bedroom with king size bed. The second bedroom is dual aspect and has a double bed.
Sheffield is a large, bustling city with many green spaces, set on 7 hills, with 6 beautiful valleys. It is now famous for the Meadowhall Shopping Centre. It has plenty of culture in the form of museums, Kelham Island for the history of the steel industry, numerous swimming baths, cinema, 2 theatres, events arena & music venue
Set in beautiful, peaceful gardens yet close to a thriving shopping area with frequent public transport into the city or out to the Peak National Park. The local area of Woodseats, where I live, has a real buzz about it and is only a short walk down the hill to numerous cafes, restaurants, pubs, shops, boutiques, hairdressers, library and numerous bus routes into the city centre or train station.
Close by is a huge park, accessed by a short walk through bluebell woods, with wonderful far-reaching views. There is a children's farm, large children's playground, lake and golf course in this park. Ideal for an early morning walk, jog or quiet amble.
There is a public golf course in the nearby local park and a popular private course, called Beauchief Golf Course only a 5 mins drive away.
