On the upper level is a huge master bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe, another double bedroom, and a fabulous bathroom. Also, there are outstanding views from both these bedrooms. There is both garaging and a carpark.

Enjoy all that beautiful Waihi Beach and surrounding areas have to offer. You can access the beach within 6 minutes by walking through our privately owned native bush! The complex is beautifully maintained, safe, and boutique-like—a little bit of Santorini in New Zealand!
This area is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts. Several walks lead straight from our property to gorgeous bays and the ocean, and there are cycle trails as well. Some people come here to swim, paddleboard, kayak, and fish, while others soak up the views from our house and relax. We have two bikes, a kayak and a paddle board that can be used. It truly has to be seen to be believed! The closest golf course is only a 10 minute drive away.
The Waihi golf course is only a 10-minute drive away. Two more well-known golf courses are at Mount Maunganui, a Tauranga City suburb. These courses are approximately 45-60 minutes away, depending on traffic.
