This home ten minutes drive to the beaches of the Gold Coast and is an hour’s drive to Brisbane's International airport and surrounded by many modern riverfront and canal front private homes. Nearby are many international hotels , restaurants , many holiday attractions and long white surf beaches and forested hinterland.
