Our home is modern,spacious, very comfortable and tastefully furnished, lots of little extras to ensure an enjoyable holiday. Cooling/heating throughout: 3 bedrooms, main (king bed) has ensuite & walk in robe,other 2 (1 a Queen bed other single bed) have built in robes,2nd bathroom + sep 3rd toilet, large lounge,formal dine, bar, family room/casual dine, study ,den/library,well equipped kitchen with modern s/steel appliances,sep laundry, double garage/auto doors,covered patio with seating & BBQ area. Lovely walks along river bank in over 1 acre of woodland garden & lovely lawned areas. Very peaceful location but close to facilities. We look forward to hearing from you.

Beautiful Adelaide Hills but only 20mins from Adelaide CBD, pretty local village of Stirling 10 mins away, small general store top of road, choice of activities surround us, pristine beaches 30min drive, choice of many local golf courses, Botanical Gardens, Heysen Walking Trail, world known Wineries, Mt Lofty Summit,spoilt for choice as we have a fantastic selection re dining locations casual to silver service, various w/end markets & many shopping outlets for the shop a holic,we enjoy a mediterranean type climate. Come and enjoy. We are now looking for suggestions of exchanges for 2020 we are currently searching for an exchange in Queensland
