Our 2-storey ocean front 2800 sq. ft home with a double attached garage is located on a quiet residential street. From our large deck equipped with extendable awning you can relax and enjoy a picturesque ocean view that captures the many boats that pass by or the abundant wildlife in the area. Our large private landscaped lot is high bank ocean front property. The ocean is accessible from our property via an informal trail. Easier access to the ocean can be attained at the end of our street, a 5-minute walk on a public trail. The beach area is very private, comprised of rock and sandy areas. Great place to walk at low tide for beachcombing, exploring and wildlife viewing.
To experience the beautiful outdoors of the area we have bicycles, tennis racquets, golf clubs and fishing equipment available for your use. Our home has all the amenities you would require for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

We are located on the east side of beautiful Vancouver Island in a very quiet and safe residential neighbourhood. The area is very walkable and bikeable to explore the nearby beaches, trails and forests. Also, within a 10-minute walk are other local amenities such as a marina, coffee shop, restaurant, library, grocery store, and tennis courts. Within a 45-minute drive are larger urban centres such as Courtenay, Parksville, and Nanaimo as well as airports and ferry terminals. The eclectic islands of Denman and Hornby are a short ferry ride away to explore. Larger cities such as Victoria and Vancouver can be reached in 2½ hours.
If you love the outdoors our home is ideally situated for you to enjoy skiing, mountain biking, hiking, fishing, boating, golfing, or exploring. Our location also provides opportunities for arts, culture and heritage activities.
