Located on the beautiful Central Coast of New South Wales, our modern four bedroom home is just five minutes from scenic Terrigal Beach. Our home is a master built, two storey home with double garage. Lounge, Dining, TV Room and Kitchen are located downstairs, whilst the Bedrooms, Recreation Room and Bathrooms are located upstairs. The main bathroom contains a spa bath, and the main bedroom has an ensuite. At the rear of the house is a pergola with outdoor setting. The yard is fenced and low maintenance.

Sydney offers some of Australia's iconic must see tourist sites. The Opera House, Sydney Harbour, Taronga Zoo, Sydney Harbour Bridge, Luna Park, Sydney Tower, The Rocks to name a few.

Local Area

Some of Australia's best beaches are nearby, offering swimming, surfing, snorkeling and kayaking. A sunken warship at Terrigal is a mecca for divers. Terrigal Beach has a thriving cafe culture, and we do make the best coffees in the world.

The Central Coast is surrounded by National Parks, and has several well rated golf courses. One of the world's most picturesque cities, Sydney, is located ninety minutes south, whilst one of Australia's best wine regions, the Hunter Valley, is located ninety minutes north west. A large Shopping Centre with a variety of retail stores, supermarkets and restaurants is five minutes away.

About I am 59 years old, and Kim is 57 years old. We are both semi retired, and love the beach, walking, bike riding and travelling to far lands. We have visited Europe on three occasions, and would like to return to explore the history and culture further. This is our first attempt at a home swap, and hopefully, not our last.
