Our house is across a park on a tree-filled quiet street next to a lively street with supermarket stores, restaurants, coffee shops, library, and recreational facilities (public pool, play area, etc.). We are served by two bus lines, and the subway station Villa Maria is a 15-20 minute walk. Downtown Montreal is 15 minutes by subway, 15 minutes by car, 25 minutes on the bike path.
