Mark,  approaching 70 retired architect keen artist , Valerie  late 60’S retired nurse, avid gardener. We have a son and a daughter living in Perth WA for the past 9 years and now have 4 small grandchildren . Now that we are retired  we can visit every year occasionally twice a year. Generally either over the Christmas period or immediately after for 10-12 weeks . A home swop for part of that time would make sense for us if it worked for another couple coming to Ireland. Our other daughter and her family live in Vancouver… and of course we need to visit her too. We both love to travel but enjoy returning to our comfortable contemporary home . We also have a property in wexford county on an acre of garden . This would enable us to do a non simultaneous swop on some occasions as we spend a lot of time there at various times of the year.
