We are James and Karen.   Jim is a retired commercial airline pilot and Karen a retired teacher.  We have just sold the sail boat,  the children are having children so we are ready to fly our empty nest.  Utah is our home in the Rocky Mountains.  We are a days drive from 6 National Parks including Yellowstone, several ski resorts are 20 minutes from our front door if you want a winter exchange.  Our custom home was built in 1996 on the side of the mountain  overlooking Salt Lake City.  There is a hot tub, WiFi, three bedrooms, 3 baths, close to downtown and restaurants.  Grocery  just at the bottom of the hill.   The house is three stories so there are stairs to keep you in shape!  We love to see new places, stay awhile, walk and read and connect with people.
