Our home is a beautiful detached villa (3 bedrooms) set in a quiet cul-de-sac within St Andrews town in Fife, Scotland. Our home has recently renovated bathrooms (2.5) and kitchen and separate dining area. Living space includes a main lounge area and second conservatory with integrated log burner.

Scotlands capital, Edinburgh is a one hour drive away from St Andrews or can be accessed from Leuchers train station in under an hour. To the west, Glasgow is and hour and a half away by car for excellent shopping and its own cultural centre. From St Andrews you can also easily access Aberdeen in a simmilar time span and Stirling and Perth in Less.
For those wishing to travel further London may be access within 5 hours by train directly from Leuchars station

We are a 25 minute walk from the the famous Old Course in St. Andrews and the old university and cathedral town centre. Walking and cycling opportunities abound in the area as well as points of historic interest such as the Castle, Cathedral ruins and the many old university buildings in the town.
The area has easy access to the East Neuk of Fife and its picturesque fishing villages where you can also access the Fife coastal path bordering rugged coastlines and golf courses. Further inland lies the wonderfully preserved Falkland Palace dating back to the 16th century and favoured by Royals of the time.
For golfers of course this is the Mecca of golf. With eight courses within St Andrews and many more locally in Fife you will be spoiled for choice.

Golfers paradise! The famous Old Course is one of of seven courses run by St Andrews Links Trust who operate these public courses and organise bookings. The Old Course is also subject to daily ballot for tickets and you would be informed the day before whether you had been successful in your application.
However, within a thirty minute drive the are countless other excellent courses within Fife and a total of over 500 within Scotland in total.
