Our house is a newly built 3 bedroom detached house in Crumlin which is a village about 5 miles from Belfast International airport and about 10
miles from the Cities of Belfast, Lisburn and Antrim town.We are semi rural on the edge of the village.
Our house has a lounge, Study, kitchen with sun lounge, utility room and downstairs toilet, 2 double bed rooms( one en-suite) , the 3rd bedroom currently used as a hobby room, large bathroom and garden with patio area and rural view. There is also a garage ( not offered for use in the exchange)
We are open to a simultaneous swap all year round or a non simultaneous swap( from April to September) as we have a static caravan we can use in these months.
We would like to explore cities and countries and would prefer longer simultaneous or non simultaneous exchanges but are open to any offers.

Belfast being only 10 miles away is perfect for a city break.

Crumlin is a small town in County Antrim at the head of a wooded Glen near Lough Neagh and 5 miles from Belfast International Airport(Aldergrove)
Tesco supermarket is within walking distance of our house and Crumlin village also has shops and cafes. Lough Neagh has unspoilt scenery, secluded bays and several marinas. Oxford Island Nature Reserve has walking trails and a Discovery Centre, craft, gift shop and cafe and panoramic views.
Nearby is the town of Antrim with its Castle Gardens and cafe. The village of Hillsborough near the town of Lisburn has quaint shops and restaurants and is adjacent to Hillsborough Castle with its stunning gardens and interior tours of its majestic State rooms( price for entry) There is a regular bus service between Crumlin, Belfast, Antrim and Lisburn. We are close to the M1 and M2motorways with direct routes all around the province.
There are regular trains between Antrim, Lisburn, Belfast and beyond.
