My husband Lutz and I live on the beautiful peninsula of Nesodden in the Oslo fjord and close to the Norwegian capital of Oslo. Lutz is a professor of molecular biology at Oslo University's Museum of Natural History and I run my consulting company which is focused on biotech and the arts. Our daughter Rebecca, 23, is a doctoral student at Sydney University of Technology. We have two cats - Carlo and Molly - who enjoy people's company. We are active runners and are members of the International Fellowship of Marathon Running Rotarians.
