Home Exchange, Mid-term Exchange (2-4 weeks), Long-term Exchange (1 month plus), Open to offers

We would be happy to consider all exchange offers and like to stay in one area for a few weeks to really get to know the region.

Our ground floor apartment is quite spacious with a great outdoor entertaining area. There is a nice outlook over the canal and the complex has a large swimming pool, barbecue area, spa, gym and tennis court.
Unfortunately, our home is not suitable for children.

Our home is located at the northern end of the fabulous Gold Coast 75km south of our state's capital, Brisbane. We live in a quiet area and not far from the lush, green hinterland and surfing beaches. Theme parks, world-renowned beaches and year-round sunshine are just a few of the reasons 10.5 million visitors flock to the Gold Coast each year. Please see www.goldcoastaustralia.com and www.visitgoldcoast.com for more information.
The area close to our home is great for walking, cycling, fishing, boating and all water sports. We are in walking distance of the Broadwater (calm waters without surf). The Runaway Bay shopping complex is 10 mins walk and you will find all the necessary day-to-day shopping requirements there. The local bus goes right past the entrance to our complex.
The major Theme Parks - Sea World, Dream World, Movie World - are only a half hour's drive away and the hinterland areas of Mt Tamborine, Binna Burra and Lamington National Park are all worth a visit.

The map marker is a general indicator of the local area only.
