The beautiful City of York is just an hours drive from Beverley or take the train which is 5 minutes walk away.
The town house is just 2 minutes walk from large supermarket and 5 minutes walk to the middle of the Historic Town centre of Beverley. Mixing the old with the new, Beverley has everything you could want on your doorstep, from one of the largest Minsters in the UK, regarded as a gothic masterpiece, to a full range of shops, restaurants, cafes, and pubs down it´s cobbled streets, not forgetting the twice weekly market. Nearby is the newly built shopping complex with a 6 screen cinema and sports centre with large gym and two swimming pools. The historic City of York is just an hours drive or 1and half hours direct by train which is a 5 minute walk from the house. Hornsea seaside resort is just a 45 minute bus ride away.

Beverley and East Riding Golf Club was formed in 1889 - making it the oldest inland club in Yorkshire! The club is based on the glorious Beverley Westwood pasture land, famous for its landmark Black Mill and Anti-Mill, which our traditional-style Clubhouse is built around. The 18-hole course is one of Yorkshire's finest and most natural layouts, enjoying outstanding views of the town and surrounding countryside from many vantage points. Visitors are welcome at all times as the course is playable and in fine condition throughout the year.

Don is 71 and Jan is 64 ex civil servants retired to the Costa Blanca. We are an active and trustworthy couple who enjoy travelling. We are registered as trusted house and pet sitters and have had great reviews from people who have entrusted their homes and pets with us. We have recently purchased a Town house in Beverley Yorkshire which we will enjoy during July - September. Both our homes in Spain and England are available for exchanges. We prefer locations that are not too rural and not too cold. We are open to anywhere within Europe. We are both non-smokers.
