Very clean with friendly furnishings, 2 bedrooms, (1 King and 1 Queen), 2 bathrooms (toilet, sink, shower, and bath) with hairdryer and liens, along with washer/dryer upstairs.
Ground floor with ½ bath, a fully equipped kitchen that can handle a feast of a meal with all tools required to prepare a home cooked meal, with full-size fridge and oven, cozy dining room, patio with barbecue, so enjoy breakfast and dinner outside! The living room has leather reclining sofas. with large flat screen smart TVs, internet Wifi, TV streaming, and free Plex & Netflix. Everything that you could think you might need is in the home and you truly feel like you're at home.

About My wife, Roslyn and I like to travel to Europe each year, with another senior couple for a month or more, in different parts of England and/or Europe, but we are willing to look at other offers. I am currently semi retired, still working in Project Management and able to work from home in either Canada or USA, spending the summers in Canada and winters in Florida, so our unit is available during those times when we are away. We love to travel, normally cruise and land packages, and have over the years visited many parts of the world, but would like to spend more time in smaller centers, just to relax and take in the local culture, meeting people, walking through towns, enjoying the sidewalk cafes and restaurants. During our stay, we would like to travel to nearby Cities and spent a day or two to experience the area (we are OK with car exchange). We love Niagara Falls Canada and so will you, we are centrally located, with easy access to the highway and there is always plenty to do and see. We spend most of our time there with family and friends. We do not rent out our home, exchange only and our home is professionally managed, when we are away to insure that it is maintained and clean for our visitors (maximum of 4 adults).
