Jaffrey is located 10 min. from the Massachusetts border. It is an easy 1&1/2 hr. drive into Boston. The beautiful state of Vermont is a 45 min. drive west., across the Connecticut River. NH coast is 1hr. & 45min drive. Keene State College in Keene has events open to the public. Keen, best known for its fall Pumpkin Festival is a half hr. drive away. The Colonial Theater also in Keene, has professional entertainment. Day trips to the White Mountains of NH or the Green Mts. of VT are great excursions. NYC is a 4 hr. drive. Bus and train service into NYC city is available near-by.

Kathy, retired for 12 years, was a social worker, teacher and school guidance counselor. we have 2 married daughters and 4 grandchildren. we enjoy traveling, doing volunteer work and the grandchildren.
