We have 4 living units; two can be used for an exchange: a 1-bedroom and our “pub” where friends have stayed in the past. We live in one of the units and it will not be used to exchange. The property is unique as it houses my office, my home, my wife’s hobby bakery and our “pub” party place. The oldest unit was built in 1935, the newest in the mid-50’s. We have renovated every unit and the garden.

Our town is small and quiet and has thousands of acres of wine grapes and over 20 wineries. We have only one casual restaurant and a burger shack. Also a small market. The closest golf course is about 4 miles away. We are just 17 miles from the state capital of Sacramento, 1.5-2 hours to Napa and San Francisco and Lake Tahoe. 3 hours to Yosemite National Park

My wife and I are in our early 60’s, not yet retired but thinking about it! We travel often to Europe and are looking to trade our place near Sacramento California for a place in England or France. Our next trip will be May-June 2019 when we take our family to Normandy for he 75th anniversary of DDay. My wife’s father fought in this campaign and we want to show our kids and grandchildren what their grandfather/great grandfather did. Her mother was British who was raised near Manchester; my wife was born in Warrington. Our home is a former guest property with 4 living units so an exchange can occur any time. We have a one bedroom unit where my wife does her cake baking. We also have our large “pub” where guests can stay. We are located in a very small quiet town known for its vast vineyards and wineries. We are open to car exchange. The nearest larger airport is Sacramento, SMF. SFO is about 95 miles away.
